Mr. Abhishek Kumar comes with more than 13 years of experience in managing Training, Quality and Operations in Technical Support, Customer Service and Sales domains. An MBA from IMT – Ghaziabad, he has displayed his ability to standardize and improve business processes with focus on operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
A Diploma holder in Hotel Management, he moved from Hospitality to the BPO industry and has worked with companies like Dell and IBM in the past. He has also completed his Black Belt training from Benchmark Six Sigma. Mr. kumar is responsible for managing Customer Services and Training functions at SupportMart.
